What we collect about you

Your tracker entries: nothing. The medication, dose, focus rating, sleep, and side-effect data you enter into the tracker is stored in your browser's localStorage only. It never leaves your device. We have no server-side storage of your tracking data and no way to read it.

Site usage data: we use a privacy-friendly analytics provider that records aggregate visit counts, page paths, and referrer domains. We do not use cookies for tracking. We do not use Google Analytics in a way that would identify you. We do not run advertising trackers.

Cookies

We use no advertising cookies. The site uses localStorage to save your tracker entries (this is not a cookie and does not transmit data). We do not require a cookie consent banner because we do not place tracking cookies on your device.

Your rights (GDPR / UK GDPR / CCPA)

Because we don't collect identifying data about you, there is nothing to access, export, correct, or delete on our end. To delete your tracker entries: open the tracker page and click "Delete everything," or clear site data in your browser.

Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13. If a parent or guardian uses the tracker on behalf of a child, the data still resides only in the parent's browser.

Third-party links

This site links out to other websites for educational reference. Those sites have their own privacy policies; we are not responsible for their practices.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our practices change and update the "Last updated" date above.
